RETURN AND EXCHANGES INFO
We’re confident you and your dog will be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we are happy to exchange / return full-price unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of date of delivery. All sale and vintage merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable on returns. In the case of international purchase, Billy Wolf is not responsible for duty reimbursement.
Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Billy Wolf holds the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not fulfill return policy requirements.

• Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, with the exception of holidays. Customers will be notified via email or phone should an item be out of stock. Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed.
• Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail; we also offer the option to select UPS service for an additional fee. By selecting USPS for your shipment option, Billy Wolf is not held liable for packages that were scanned via USPS as delivered.
• International Orders: $15 Flat Rate for Canada, $25 Flat Rate for UK, $25 Flat Rate for Germany, $30 Flat Rate for Australia, and $30 Flat Rate for Japan. Customers outside of the US are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties. Please contact us with questions about shipping rates in the mentioned places. We would be happy to arrange more economical shipping rates whenever possible.
