Promo Codes

Promo codes run from a limited time, subject at our discretion. Promo codes cannot be combined with other codes or applied to previous purchases. Limit one promo code per order. Terms of offer are subject to change.

Sizing

Please see our detailed sizing guide.  If your dog doesn’t seem to fit in our size chart? Email us at shop@billywolf.com  and we would be happy to help him or her get fitted.

Availability

We produce in small batch and source deadstock and vintage fabrics that are often found in limited supply. If there is a particular product or size you would like that is not available, email us at shop@billywolf.com  and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Caring for your Items

We recommend the following to care for your new items:

- Cotton and Linen - Machine wash on cold with similar colors and should be laid flat to dry.

- Waxed Canvas - Spot clean with cold water and mild soap, and a sponge or brush. Let air dry.

- Wool - Machine wash on cold, delicate cycle with similar colors and should be laid flat to dry.

- Nylon - machine washable and let air dry.

- Rope leashes - can be cleaned in the dishwasher (Yes, the dishwasher!) or on delicate cycle in the wash.

- All leather products - should be spot cleaned only using a slightly wet cloth to remove dirt and dust - We also recommend to use a natural leather conditioner every 3-6 months.

- Biothane products - simply wipe clean with soap and water. 

- Rope dining mats - soak in soapy water and then hang to dry. Do not lay flat to dry.

- Ceramics - Dishwasher safe however we recommend to hand wash to ensure the longevity of the pieces.
