Repair Requests

We believe in our products and want you to not only love, but to enjoy them for a very long time. Should any product break due to defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. Products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect, pet bites, and the like, are not covered.

Send email to shop@billywolf.com with subject line 'REPAIR' followed by your ORDER NUMBER. Please also describe in the email the situation of how the product is no longer functioning properly. 

Once we receive the request we will respond by sending further details to process it.
